You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking may take up to 72 hours to show movement depending on the courier’s system.

4. Customs & Duties

For international customers, your local customs office may charge additional import fees or taxes. These are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

If the address provided during checkout is incorrect:

  • The customer may need to cover reshipment fees
